  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping may be available for selected locations and products.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, orders, or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • UrbanTom reserves the right to restrict COD for certain orders, locations, or customers with repeated order refusals.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting photographs and order details may be required for investigation.
  • Claims reported after the specified period may not be eligible for resolution.

Address Changes

  • Shipping address modifications can only be requested before the order is dispatched.
  • Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
